Here are some frequently asked questions and information about what you can expect when you come to Rejuvenate Skin and Body.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, Rejuvenate Skin and Body is by appointment only.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointment reminders are sent out via email and text. Rejuvenate Skin and Body has a strict 24-Hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation/no show the fee is 50% of scheduled service. An invoice will be sent via square. If we are able to replace appointment with a client on wait list, we are happy to waive fee.
If I am running late will I still get the full service?
Arriving late does not guarantee you will receive a full service. Jessie will do her best to accommodate however, if time does not allow the service will be cut short by the time late. If you arrive too late to receive the service, you will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Rejuvenate Skin and Body accepts all major credit cards, checks and cash. Please note I may not always have change readily available as I do not keep a cash drawer at this time.
